In our company, we bet on the closed production cycle concept. It ensures full control of the production process, which is a crucial element influencing the quality of our service, the quality of our product.
We have a professional DTP studio, stations for imposing pdfs and sample printouts, a CTP prepress room with direct projection on the printing plate.
The machinery stock of the PRINTING HOUSE comprises: a full-format machine for offset printing on materials with the thickness from thin 40g/m2 blotting paper to materials 1.2mm thick (beer coaster cardboard, high-density cardboard boxes); a full-format nine-unit hybrid machine: apart from the conventional offset print, the machine, due to the possibility of operation in the hybrid technology, has a number of options:

• high-quality offset print on difficult, impervious surfaces,
• IML film, self-adhesive and adhesive film, plastics, lens film for 3D effects, synthetic papers,
• in the area of print finishing: e.g. selective painting with UV paints with the 'orange peel' effect, available only for the hybrid technology, conventional UV painting with high efficiency and very high gloss.

The production cycle is completed with a fully equipped BOOKBINDERY with a number of machines and devices which make it possible to apply various book binding finishing techniques.
